Bankruptcy Attorney Near Aberdeen, WA

About Aberdeen WA and our Bankruptcy Attorney Office

Our bankruptcy attorney's paralegal, Tom Rossback, is located in Hoquiam which is a next door neighbor to Aberdeen, WA in Grays Harbor County in Washington State. Ed Rossback, bankruptcy attorney, handles cases at this office while Tom assists.

Aberdeen was named after a local salmon cannery to reflect its Scottish fishing port namesake Aberdeen, and because it, too, is situated at the mouth of two rivers. Aberdeen was founded by Samuel Benn in 1884 and incorporated on May 12, 1890. Aberdeen is also the home port of the tall ship Lady Washington, a reproduction of a smaller vessel used by the explorer Captain Robert Gray, featured in the Pirates of the Caribbean film The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Also, Aberdeen has become increasingly popular in recent years because Kurt Cobain, former lead singer of the internationally-recognized band Nirvana, was born and raised in Aberdeen and he started the band there in 1987.

Our Bankruptcy Attorney strives to serve with compassion.  If you are considering a bankruptcy you likely have problems with your creditors including lawsuits, garnishments, foreclosures, or repossessions.  Our bankruptcy attorney is pleased to offer free no-obligation consultations to help you see how you can obtain relief from your creditors.  We can meet in person or, if you can not get to one of our offices, we can conduct your consultation over the phone.
